Mr. Portnoy handled everything pretty much immediately. All of our business was conducted via phone and email. He appeared for me less than 24 hours after we spoke and had everything dismissed for the lowest fee I had been quoted (after contacting 6 or 7 other professionals). He emailed me confirmation that everything was completed the same day it was done. Prompt and courteous service, I definitely recommend.

I had a complex situation with my car being in my ex wifes name, and being awarded to me through a divorce. I had yet to get the title, and had gotten a ticket for the registration being out of date. Mr. Portnoy got the ticket dismissed for me. This was a great relief because I am having to deal with trying to get the title for this car, and that in itself has been a hassle.

My teenager had a speeding ticket and we did not want our insurance to go up. I contacted Doug Portnoy and he quickly and clearly explained all of our options. We didn't have to go to court ourselves since he represented us and he did everything he said he would do. We (she) had to pay a court fee and for driving school but no points or insurance increase!
