I retained Mr. Portnoy by contacting him through his website and after having a brief telephone conversation about the particulars of my ticket. He represented me in court so it wasn't necessary for me to appear and was able to have my charge reduced so that no insurance or license points went on my record. It was a very easy process and I will definitely use his services again.

I could not rate my experience higher!!! I got my first ticket and was terrified, Mr. Portnoy literally handled everything on my behalf. He assured me I had nothing to worry about, and I didn't even have to show up in court! His services are well worth it.

I had a outstanding ticket for expired tags that I missed court for and contacted Doug. He explained to me everything I needed to do in detail and was always very quick to respond to all of my questions. Once my tags were renewed, I emailed a copy of them to Doug on my lunch break and he went to the courthouse and took care of it that SAME DAY!! Great experience all around. I will definitely be contacting Doug again for any future problems and would 100% recommend him.
