First of all, the estate work was completed and satisfactory. However, later, longer and way over the anticipate costs. Andrew Corbin may be an OK lawyer, but his customer service skills need serious work. When there was no activity and three weeks passed without a communication I emailed to inquire his only response was "Standby". Apparently, a carryover from his JAG days. Then he proceeds to tell me how incredibly busy they had gotten, and I needed to be patient... I did not miss my own deadline. When contacted to discuss the charges which came months after the work was complete and after the paralegal working on the case had left, he became agitated and angry. Perhaps client service training should be in order? I would not recommend, and we will be using someone else for the ongoing Trust work.

We needed to update our wills from another state. We were told by others that we should contact Brady Cobin. This turned out to be better than we expected - not only did we take a better direction than we thought would work, but they were also able to arrange all the pertinent estate planning items into a complete package. We found their explanations of the many possible documents and ways that they could be written to be consistent and easy to understand. Legal matters are not our forte, but we are confident that we (and our heirs) will be well protected and able to manage affairs without undue concern. Thank you!
