Very unspecific, overpriced quote for a straight forward intestate estate (only two direct heirs, assets were a house, leased car, cash; no complicated investments, 401K, etc.). A quote of $6K to file paperwork with the Wake County Clerk is crazy. I did it myself.

Brady Cobin Law Group does an outstanding job for estate planning. My wife and I do not have a legal background and Brady Cobin took the time to explain everything. And on occasion they had to explain it a second time...not because they did a poor job the first but because some aspect of estate planning are hard to grasp. Our attorney was Andrew Cobin and he was super. He is board certified which means he knows his stuff. Other attorneys could do this work, but he is certified. That means it will be done right the first time. And his entire support team was also outstanding.
