I can’t praise the team at Riddle & Brantley enough. I was in a car accident about 2 years ago & was struggling to get help for my injuries from the insurance company of the person at fault. I decided to contact Riddle & Brantley for assistance & they were absolutely wonderful throughout the process. They allowed me ample time to determine whether or not I’d need to keep receiving treatment & didn’t pressure me in any shape, form, or fashion. Highly recommend this firm!!

Riddle and Brantley law firm represented me on my workman’s comp. case. Chris Brantley’s knowledge of the worker’s comp.law, and explaining it to me helped me understand my rights. Chris was very professional in the fact that all medical bills were paid and also I received Workmen’s Comp. check weekly. If I had any questions I could always call his office and either talk to the Workmen’s Comp. manager Michelle De Leon or Chris directly. I was very satisfied with the settlement that Chris was able to get. I would definitely recommend Riddle and Brantley for your Workmen’s Comp. case.

I filed for social security disability in July 2019 after being very sick with an extremely rare autoimmune disease that is a form of Vasculitis called Granulomatosis with Polyangitis...I know, I never heard of it and no one else I know has either. My life was turned upside down in a matter of months. After trying to work with this condition for about 8 months I just couldn’t keep up. My condition led me to try filing for myself and although I’ve heard most people are denied on their first attempt I thought surely they would know how sick I was and grant me the disability payments to help my struggling finances. Nope, I was denied then I did my own appeal and that was denied as well. At that point was when I found out disability attorneys do not get paid unless they win your case. I called several law firms but when I spoke to Victoria Riddle at Riddle & Brantley I knew that was the firm I would feel most comfortable representing me. I called multiple times and Ms. Riddle was always helpful, patient and kind. I was kept informed on what was happening with my case and although it does take quite a while when dealing with Social Security it was worth the wait. I spoke with my attorney, Mr. Scott Scurfield, a few times just before my hearing date and felt confident going into my hearing. The hearing went well and after 3 weeks I received the letter that I was approved to receive benefits. In all it took 20 months but I believe if I would’ve hired Riddle & Brantley from the beginning it may have saved some time. I would highly recommend Riddle & Brantley to anyone needing an attorney they can trust.
