I spoke with Herb on the phone for over 30 minutes and though he doesn’t work on my type of case, he took the time to give me some suggestions on how to move forward and who to speak with. It’s hard to find lawyers who will take the time to do that any more. Thank you!

Joshua Walthall is an excellent lawyer and I highly recommend him. He helped me out with a legal matter and all I can say is that he knocked it out the park! Auger and Auger was heaven sent during my car accident Madison McLawhorn was my attorney she worked hard on my case,communicated with me and even checked on me was I was sick. I hired John to help me with a very messy case. He came in after the mess had been made and he listened to me with great care to describe a highly complex situation, with a very unethical and known nasty opponent. John Kirby agreed to help me after many others rejected my case because of the situation I was in- so I give him BIG credit for that. He did everything he said he would do in the timing he said he would do it and he kept his fees down, when others would have taken advantage of me and charged me more. John is one of the good guys in a profession that isn't always stacked up with noble or good people. He had some great ideas to be pro-active against a ruthless situation I faced- so I would say he is a fighter in a court system that really hasn't earned my respect at all.
