I was referred to the law firm by my cousin after my accident. I don’t watch TV, so I wasn’t familiar with the firm, but he told me to hire the thumbs-up guy. The lady I was more in correspondence with was Sandra, and she kept me in the loop of any changes and updates. They even offered me help with issues outside of the personal injury concerning my gap claim. They have been on top of retrieving my records for the file while keeping me updated along the way. I have been delighted with my choice of Representation to date. I strongly recommended them to family and friends. God forbid any personal injury occurs from an automobile collision. I've been working with Sandra Martin Clark with Manning and Fulton for 5.5 months on an estate administration case. When she responds it is after several attempts, communication is very poor, and there is no attention to detail. After months of being very frustrated with Mrs. Clark's poor performance, I contacted Alan Dickinson, Client Relations. I expected to see improvements in Mrs. Clark responses and find final resolution for my case, however what I found was that Mr. Dickinson was not interested in hearing nor resolving my concerns. In fact, Mr. Dickinson stated there was no other attorney at Manning and Fulton who could provide responsive service for my case. Clearly when the demand for work is high, expecting good or even adequate service is not a priority for Manning Fulton. This is especially sad when trying to resolve the estate of a loved one.

We had a great experience closing on our home with Jackson Law. The team was responsive and helpful when we encountered issues on our end, and they got us to closing! They did a good job explaining the process and making us feel comfortable. Thank you!
