This is my very first time getting into an auto accident, and my first experience with having a lawyer, and I absolutely love the staff at Ricci Law Firm!! Ricci Law Firm, kept me inform bi- weekly on the status of my case. I was contacted weekly by my case manager Shanique via text or phone calls (not in person due to Covid-19) with any concern or questions that I had during the entire process. Ricci Law Firm won my case!

Jeremiah and his team are the BEST! We had several delays due to the loan company and I was told by the loan company that we’d likely have to delay closing because the law firm would need a few days to get everything done. Jeremiah’s team got the paperwork just a few hours before we were scheduled to close and were able to get everything done in and taken of well ahead of our closing. The closing process with Jeremiah was well organized and fast, and he even kept us laughing. We are so thankful to have had Jackson Law for our closing process and will definitely be using them again!

I am very, very pleased thus far with Ricci Law Firm. They are very courteous, prompt and professional whenever I speak to them. Only thing was I had to drive to Greenville to pick up my med pay check after I requested it to be sent to the Raleigh office. This was not anything bad at all because my family is from Greenville and I got to see a few of them lol. I have had nothing but positive feedback and when they tell me they are going to contact me they do exactly that. I just wish I knew of Ricci when I had an automobile accident on Nov 30, 2018. The law firm I went with still has not settled my case to this day, and I feel they can care less about me. I guess it's not enough monetary gain for them? This has really given me a negative attitude toward lawyers but so far Ricci is reaffirming me that all lawyers are not the same. Thank you so much for me feel like I matter.

Along with her paralegal Christy Docsh I always knew where we were with my case and they were only and call or email away if I had questions.
