Attorney Ashley Bumgarner her paralegal Amanda Barham have been fantastic in helping me win my disability case. They continued to assist me and push the case forward even when one of the state-appointed doctors returned an inaccurate diagnosis that looked like it would severely hurt my case. They always return my calls and answer my questions promptly, and I was felt well-prepared and well-represented for the phone hearing. Highly recommend!

This team of eXpertz NOT! (Tori Riddle, assistant to Bethany M Hukill) lack of professional service I highly suggest DO NOT USE this firm. They are in the business totally opposite every word stated on their links except the part of taking our money. Tori Riddle I can share bad ATTITUDE when I had a question. So don’t waste time calling this office if seeking understanding. Either or here Tori Riddle is a brat who does not like her job or she is getting paid to be the office watch guard with a growl. She sounds like a little girl yet she is a vicious PiTT. With examples of her words “Like I said, You are SSI so... (I am SSDI lady), Ma’am, (I say I don’t understand) I told you, etc” SHE IS A NASTY SOUL IN TONE. If you are not an SSA expert already this office is not the place to get good service in Q &. A. Oh we won’t even go into notifications. I spoke with Reps from SSA directly nearly months before hearing from this team and in the final they took their pay and have yet to call me with any closing details or steps. Now go to work and they feel like you will offset they pay then they will call you. This is the only time I spoke with a real Attorney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!

Mrs. Bumgarner was available to me the entire time until my case was "WON". When I had questions, she was there to answer them. When I didn't understand the process Mrs. Bumgarner was there explaining the process to me. She was always on top of my case with the most updated information to provide. When I called the office and Mrs. Bumgarner or Mrs Barham wasn't available, I would leave a message and the very next day, they called me back every time. The professionalism that Mrs. Bumgarner and Mrs. Barham displayed was "AWESOME". When I had my Virtual Hearing, Mrs. Bumgarner came ready to battle while showing knowledge of the legal system, compassion for her client and knowing how to get her point across. Mr. Hall is an absolute discourteous pig. I asked him to withdrawal from the case, that I did not want him representing me and he told me to go F myself.
