Mr. Portnoy is the best traffic attorney in the Triangle area. He was on top of the ticket at the outset. He gave me options and made his recommendation so that I would not incur points on my insurance. He fulfilled his promise in the time promised. His communication skills are exceptional. Mr. Portnoy postponed my court date for me and was able to get my citation completely dismissed without adding any points to my license or insurance. His price was very fair and he dealt with my issue in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!
