Doug was wonderful. I was at a loss after receiving a ticket whose court date was on a day I was on a long planned vacation. I didn't want to just pay the ticket and take the insurance and license points, but I couldn't miss my vacation either. We met for 15 minutes to discuss my case and he told me not to worry that it would be taken care of and I should enjoy my vacation. He was able to handle my situation and had the ticket dismissed! I can't thank Doug enough for his help in my case. He saved the day!!

Doug was thorough and easy to work with. It was my first ticket with 8 years of driving and no idea how to deal with it. I'm happy that I came across his contact info and he was able to help me in short period of time. He also walked me through all the possible options and what he can do best for my case.
