Nothing short of outstanding. Phenomenal experience! I contacted Mr. Portnoy after I received a speeding ticket while fleeing a road rage encounter. Went to Doug for a speeding ticket. Since my record is not flawless by any means he was very honest about my options and continued my case for a few months so it wouldn't affect my insurance.
