Douglas Portnoy has handled two tickets for my son in the last year & 1/2. Both tickets were significant speeding citations. In both cases Mr. Portnoy was able to reduce the tickets, and in the most recent one get a charge dropped which could have impacted my son's ability to get a job in his chosen field. 01/28/2020 Again was helped by Doug, this time for my own speeding citation, and again, Doug was able to achieve the desired outcome - easy, only had to make one call (to Doug, to ask him to take the case), provide him with the particulars, and pay a very reasonable fee. Return client, once again very pleased with Doug's services, and am pleased to continue highly recommending Doug for any traffic citation assistance. Doug assisted me on behalf of my daughter, who was cited for failure to stop; from the first contact, Doug provided his professional insight into the process, gave expert guidance on what we should expect, and gave clear advice on what we needed to do in order to have the best chance of achieving our desired outcome. Throughout the time leading up to our court date, Doug continued to provide clear communication and advice. Once we had provided Doug with the documentation he needed, he represented us in traffic court, and reported that our case was successful, with the citation being dismissed.
