I called Douglas Portnoy about a speeding ticket my daughter received in June. He returned my call the next day and agreed to represent her in court. She did not have to appear and Mr. Portnoy was able to get the charge reduced so that her license and, most importantly, our insurance would not be affected. Mr. Portnoy made this extremely easy for us. I would absolutely use him again and I highly recommend him to anyone needing similar services.

My husband used Mr. Portnoy for his traffic speeding ticket in Wake County. It was a cheaper option and he made sure and knew all the details before taking the case on.IN fact, not only were his services cheapest, but he was the only one who suggested a certain route for a ticket since we have only lived in NC for less than a year (military). Mr. Portnoy appeared on my husband's behalf and had a prayer for judgment entered on a reduced 54/45. His insurance and license should not be affected, so it was a win-win. Based on the current information, I would use Mr. Portnoy again.

Having been nabbed speeding around Raleigh a few times over the years, I've always relied on Doug to help me out. He provides an efficient and easy to use service and has handled my situations with the simplicity of a fire and forget missile.
