I do not recommend this firm. My accident was in August 2022 it has been almost 2 years. Adam Smith refuses to answer my calls and emails. The only time I hear from them is when I reach out to them. Adam rarely responds, and is never in the office. No one can give me any information on MY case. I had to provide my own medical documents because they are so slow and lazy.
They started off as a good firm, but quickly went downhill. Absolutely no customer service. I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from.

I was not even sure of I would be able to get any help with my situation, but was happy at the end of my call. My call was handled very quickly I was guided with understanding and the person that I talked to was caring and had patience to help with my situation. I am technically challenged with electronics. At the end of the call she told me the next steps and I felt that this was going to be handled and it takes some stress off me.

Just started the process on an injury that occurred while working. Referred from Morgan & Morgan. Summer took the info and handled with great care. Throughly explained and spoke with lawyers regarding my case even though it was 10'clock at night. I hope to get some assistance in this matter as it is very frustrating to have your whole life changed due to injury.
