Pros
1
Responsive and communicative staff who keep clients informed throughout the process
“Heather always seemed to be able to answer my questions very quickly and explained things to me in layman's term. She was always very knowledgeable about my case and didn't make me feel like I was a small client.”
2
Knowledgeable and professional attorneys who fight hard for their clients
“Sean Cole and Kristina Van Buskirk were extremely professional in handling my case from start to finish. They were thoroughly prepped for all sessions, handled depositions well, and handled defense counsel and the judge well while keeping the jury on our side.”
3
Caring and compassionate approach, treating clients like family
“The team was very responsive to all communications. Both were very patient with me during the very trying time for me and my family. I would highly recommend the law firm to anyone. Thank you for all your help and support. Riddle & Brantley is very family oriented and supportive.”
4
Successful in obtaining favorable settlements and outcomes for clients
“I was very pleased with the services I received from Attorney Scurfield and Ms. Brewer. They were friendly and professional at all times. They ensured that I understood the entire process and knew what to expect as we proceeded forward. There is no way I could have gained my full VA benefits without them.”
5
Persistent and diligent in pursuing client cases, even in complex situations
“I have always been a self sufficient, do everything for myself kind of person. The staff at Riddle & Brantley were so thorough that I became impatient at times. They left no stone unturned.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent communication and handling of cases by some staff members
“I was disappointed with the handling of my case. I was hit by a DUI driver, crossed over the road, when down an embankment and landed in a field. Then the driver took off. My car was totaled. Very little was done for bodily injury after my car claim was settled. It would be months before I would hear a word from them.”
2
Slow pace of case resolution and settlement, which can be frustrating for clients
“It's been 2 years since I got rear ended. It was minor. I get it. That is why I went to get legal advice. Riddle and Brantley took the case. They referred me to their chiropractor. I get a call from the paralegal that is working my case. They cant even get half of my medical bills and lost wages. I have been turned into collections and will still owe thousands.”
