Worst lawyer Molly if she is assigned your case get a new law firm , completely incompetent!!!!!

Great People do work with. They answer any questions we had at any time. I will miss seeing them all.

Very responsive and surprisingly open. I worked with Kimliz Flecha, Leslie Montufar as my case manager, and Chris Jones as my representative; they were all communicative and honest with me with all of my questions (and I had plenty, believe me) My case didn't go too far due to hearsay from both sides representing two completely different stories, but they didn't make any part of the already-stressful process of being involved in a collision unnecessarily difficult, but easy and stress-free.

Very good law firm. They get your information from you, and go to work for u right away, without asking you for know more imformation.

Well, it started off a little rocky. I called the Jacksonville office to be told that they would not take my case after giving them information on my situation. They did not refer me to the Raleigh office....my brother who had used them for a similar case told me that I needed to talk to the Raleigh office. The first case manager was not very responsive and I had a few issues getting information from her. All companies run into some personnel issues at one time or another but what’s important is how they correct the issue. After finding out the first case manager was no longer there, I was then assigned to Victoria R. who has gone above and beyond. She is super prompt at returning both phone calls and emails. My case is still in process however I feel confident that it will turn out favorable just based on her attentiveness. Scott S. the attorney has also been helpful when I’ve spoke with him and told me I could contact him on his cell anytime. I can honestly feel confident in recommending them before the case is even settled. Thank you and looking forward to a speedy decision.
