From my initial consultation the staff attorney told me I had a valid case and I was then assigned to Mr. Brantley who is their Workers Comp specialist. His paralegal, Iliana, took my calls and addressed my daily concerns and set my medical appointments. My case lasted for 2 years and 9 months and at the end Mr. Brantley was able to negotiate a suitable settlement for me against a very difficult defendant. As a writer I would like to paraphrase this saying, “Slow and steady wins the race.” Thank you to the entire team at Riddle and Brantley; from the lead generator who took my initial phone inquiry, the attorneys and staff at the Raliegh office that did my intake and forms, and to Iliana and Mr. Brantley at the Goldsboro office that handled my workers compensation case.

Leslie Montufar was my case worker and she was great at the handling of my case. She kept me informed of my case and I was satisfied with the overall settlement.

If you want an attorney to fight for you go elsewhere

Its been 2 years since I got rear ended. It was minor. I get it. That is why I went to get legal advice. Riddle and Brantley took the case. They referred me to their chiropractor. I get a call from the paralegal that is working my case. They cant even get half of my medical bills and lost wages. I have been turned into collections and will still owe thousands. Sad. After following their legal "advice" my credt will be ruined and still owe.

Brandon has been helping me with my small gamedev startup, getting copyrights and trademarks together, and walking me through aspects of the business I'm not entirely familiar with. An absolute joy to work with!

Brandon and the folks at Odin Law recently helped me and my new company through a publishing negotiation. They were professional, communicative, thoughtful, and they made me feel like they cared about protecting my interests. I have continued to utilize them for my legal needs, and I intend to keep doing so.

3/5 They helped my wife with a workers compensation claim. Their case managers are hit or miss. She went through two before getting someone competent. That was extremely frustrating and should never have happened. It definitely didn't help my wife feel better in a very stressful situation. I'm not sure where they found those people. Once we were able to work directly with Mr. Brantley things were much better. He was genuine, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my wife's issue and we were happy with the outcome. Unfortunately by the time we were working directly with Mr. Brantley the case was in the process of being settled, so while we were happy with him it was still a little too late to change our earlier perception. I'd hesitate to consider them again but would consider it if I knew the case manager I was getting was competent.
