3 years ago I was involved in a head-on collision with a driver who did not have a license. Luckily, the truck he was driving was under a company insurance policy. I went to Riddle & Brantley for help and have just now reached a settlement. My lawyer was switched twice- The first two and their case managers were impossible to get in touch with (Brett & I can't even remember the other). Pictures and information I sent to the previous lawyers were lost. I don't think they are with the company anymore. The final attorney, Adam Helmer, worked harder on my case in a month than the others did in a couple years. I just wish I had him on my case from the beginning. Although I didn't receive as much as I hoped (1/3 of what the first lawyer told me) I am very pleased with Adam and I know if he had been on my case from the beginning it would be a different story. I didn't want to drag this out any longer with a trial and I am ready for this process to be over with. Thank you Adam for being so attentive and helpful!

This firm took care of working around the clock on my behalf. My attorney Adam Helmer went above and beyond updating me on my case including Christmas Eve. My case manager Heather Winborne proved to be resourceful and followed-up on my questions. Overall, Gene Riddle was equally accessible if needed. These people know the law and know how to look after their client's interests.

I have always been a self sufficient, do everything for myself kind of person. I would always sit in front of the TV and see the commercials about this law firm and that law firm and think that I would never be in a situation that I would need to be represented by a lawyer, until the accident that changed my life. My son and I were involved in a crash with an 18 wheeler that ran a red light. I was very blessed to be able to walk away from the accident but I was left with nerve damage in my back as a daily reminder. We were also very blessed to have two eye witnesses that gave a great account of what actually happened and it saved my son and I. The staff at Riddle & Brantley were so thorough that I became impatient at times. They left no stone unturned. Cindy Price and Sandra Collins did an amazing amount of leg work, phone work, and record keeping for our case that it truly made all of the difference in the final outcome in our case. Gene Riddle and Sean Cole were very impressive as we went in to mediation. They were able to get a settlement without going into the courtroom and I was very satisfied. I have since needed them for two additional cases, one of which has been settled and the other is still pending. After you have watched all the commercials, please know that the team at Riddle & Brantley are very good a what they do and they take a very personal approach to you and your situation.

Lisa Martinez handled a good portion of my case and she was awesome! She stayed in touch with me about everything. She followed up when she said she would. She's very polite and kind and very efficient. If I need a lawyer again I definitely would come back and hoping Lisa would be on my case again!

Lisa Jones was my case manager and she and Sean were great they kept me updated on my case and were very helpful, They did the best that they could to help me out and i was very satisfied with the work and help they did for me i highly recommend them very good and honest people.

I will say, this was the first time I used a lawyer. Sean Cole was very informative and knowledgeable. Heather W. was my case worker; she answered all calls and emails in a very timely manner. The team was very responsive to all communications. Both were very patient with me during the very trying time for me and my family. I would highly recommend the law firm to anyone. On Feb 11, 2015 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Cary,NC. Just so happens this was also my Birthday. I know right,great birthday gift. I was on the job so one would think that the company I was working for should have covered it under Worker's Comp. They , the company I was working for, asked me not to file WC.I was driving a company vehicle however. The vehicle was towed back to the Company and I was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. My wife and I had tried to call the other parties insurance adjuster and left several messages but never seemed to hear back from them. We were starting to get hospital bills,Dr. Bills . This is when I decided to call your firm. Within a day your firm had a gentleman come to our house and sit down and speak with us about my situation. Sometime later I received an email saying who would be handling my case and would be getting in touch with me. This is when I was introduced to Heather Winborne. She called and explained that she would be the case manager for my case and that Sean would be representing me as my attorney. Heather would follow up on many things with me through out my case. My case seemed a little out of the norm as the company I was working for didn't want to use WC. Luckily , I had private insurance. Heather always seemed to be able to answer my questions very quickly and explained things to me in layman's term. She was always very knowledgeable about my case and didn't make me feel like I was a small client . She would call ahead of time to let me know we would be speaking to someone and that Sean would also be on the phone line to help me. I know my case wasn't one of those that people will see on tv but to me they (Heather and Sean) sure made me feel like it was. I can't say Thank You to them enough!!
