My husband and I decided in 2014 to hire an attorney for his disability lawsuit. although we had several options but decided to go with Riddle and Brantley and that's where we met Michelle Wiegel. Michelle was very very nice and turned out to be a great friend. when we needed her to be a bull dog she was!!!!!! and got the situation handled very quickly. Our case took 2 years and it was long. Michelle kept telling us to be patient and we can call her anytime. I want to thank you Michelle Wiegel for what you have done for my husband and also for putting up with my outburst and down times. I would very much recommend this law firm to anyone who is looking for good legal representation and also friends.

This was absolutely a great experience. From the moment I called, to the moment it was all settled, I felt that I was communicated with, not probed for more information constantly, treated fairly. I ended up having Heather Winborne as my Case Manager and she was absolutely fantastic. Everything happened on the schedule they gave me and there was no delays from their end on the timeline being followed. I'd recommend them constantly for anyone needing their services. Thank you to them.

Contacting Riddle and Brantley was the absolute best decision that I could have made. I had no idea what to do after I was in a horrible accident and Heather Winborne at Riddle and Brantley made my life so much easier. She made the process so seamless and practically held my hand every step of the way. I got into a car accident in February and submitted all the paperwork needed for settlement negotiations to begin within a week.
I was told I'd receive a call from my assigned case manager within a few days. I called and left messages for her after finding out who she was. She never called me back. I finally reached her via telephone in March. She had no idea who I was and said it was an office error then she realized i had left her messages and apologized. I should've known right away how the foreshadow panned out.
In May, my case manager Cynthia had not even figured out that the other party's insurance information was incorrect. When I realized she had no idea what was going on with my case and that she could not Thoroughly follow up and handle the workload, she gave me attitude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She blamed me about getting the wrong insurance information from the other party. Keep in mind, I'd made phone calls to my insurance adjustor trying to figure out the issues of my case and confirmed Cynthia's incompetence and error. This is how I found out she hadn't even returned my adjustor's phone calls about the claim.
I finally got her supervisor to take over my case. She was more confident and competent, it seemed. It wasn't until June when this supervisor finally made contact with the other party's insurance company and its now mid August and I'm told she's sent all the information out and waiting for a response. I'm still getting calls from the hospital about bills and collections and as of last week when I left a message letting her know this and requesting to expedite the process, she has not returned any of my calls.
I have worked in personal injury law and it should never take this long with this level of incompetence, errors and lack of reliability from your attorney's office.
This is the worst experience I've ever had and I just can't wait for this to be over so I never have to deal with this practice again. They do not care about you or your case. They take way too many cases that they can't even reliably handle. My experience has been absolutely horrible and I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

I was involved in an accident outside of Raleigh. Riddle & Brantley sent someone to our home to explain how everything worked and to fill out paperwork. I was assigned a case worker very quickly. She was very attentive and returned my calls in a timely manner. She left the company and was replaced by Carmen. I feel that she worked hard to get the case resolved quickly and really cares. I am happy to say "Thank you Carmen and Scott, job well done."

I just want to say that my experience with this law firm has been more than wonderful. They are very professional and work diligently on your case. My case worker Heather always kept me informed about my case and always responded quickly when I had questions. The settlement in which I received from the insurance company was more than I expected.
