I want to first and foremost can't express enough of my gratitude Towards the amazing team at Riddle and Brantley. I was in a really bad car accident. And after trying to work with the insurance company with the at fault party and they weren't willing to help me. I honestly felt like it was the end of the road, and no one was going to help me. Then I contacted this company and man old man. I can honestly say they came in the clutch. I'm blessed and grateful to my lawyer Daren Dawson and the exceptionally gifted an incredibly sweet patient Case Manager Kalena Tavares for their time and effort and assisting me when I needed someone the most, they didn't just treat me like a patient. At a very stressful time in my life when my daughter had been in a car crash, suffering from 5 compression fractures of her vertebrae, I reached out to Gene Riddle for help. There are many complicated factors to my story and a lot of drama that came with it, but those factors did not scare this firm or cause them to not takemy case. Instead, they took me in, kept me calm, reassured me, and for the multiple occasions that I was on the phone with him and Attorney Adam Smith, I knew everything would be OK. There is not enough space to write all of the wonderful things I could say about these two and this firm, but they were a God send. After two back to back motor vehicle accidents, I hired Riddle & Brantley to assist. The first case took over a year (14 months) & I wasn’t very impressed toward the middle. My prior paralegals on the case had been replaced with two others, which made navigation of my case a little difficult- however, MADISON is probably the single most intelligent hiring decision Riddle & Brantley ever made. She is prompt, courteous, and goes well out of her way to assist even when it isn’t her specified job to do so. I am fortunate to have received her as a replacement to continue on my case. I am still working with Madison and my attorney, Christina Stone, on my second case - if y’all are fortunate enough to get miss Madison on your case, TREAT HER WELL! She is an absolute blessing.

The intake person were very nice and polite the investigation came out the following day to my residence on time and very knowledge and professional explaining all the working part taking place , felt like some weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
