They have an app one can log on to to stay updated regarding one’s case and one can also use the texting option to upload documents. This is so helpful as it takes the stress off of phoning and being put on hold or having to leave a message.
I am confident there will be a good outcome with my case!

I do not recommend this firm. My accident was in August 2022 it has been almost 2 years. Adam Smith refuses to answer my calls and emails. The only time I hear from them is when I reach out to them. Adam rarely responds, and is never in the office. No one can give me any information on MY case. I had to provide my own medical documents because they are so slow and lazy.
They started off as a good firm, but quickly went downhill. Absolutely no customer service. I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from.
