I have no idea how this law firm has 4.5. My accident was a year ago April 24 of this year. In all this time I have been given 3 case managers. Its like pulling teeth to get anyone to call you back. Its a shame they started out doing really good and then it was like hitting a brick wall and feels like they've just passed me over.

Ar this point communication with these people is awful. I would really appreciate a call from my attorney or Gene. Yes I am a client

Despite video evidence from my dash cam, despite the fact that I can barely walk, and despite the fact that I have injuries and issues that did not occur before the accident, the kind people at Riddle and Brantley told me that my case was not winnable, or would not get me the settlement that I would want because I did not have any broken bones. That is exactly what they told me. I am interpreting that to mean that because they could not make a certain amount of money off of me then they did not think I was worth their time. I am OK with that, just as they should be OK with me telling the truth about this.

The entire team did an amazing job! They helped me & was by my side every step of the way!
