Me and my wife almost died we got hit by a car and a SUV a year ago and still going to the hospital and they wanna give us 3000$ a piece that makes no sense never recommending to anyone ever

Terrible customer service. They had no clue about the actual case after 9 months. They didn't respond after 2 month of myself trying to contact them many times. They had a initial letter of denial from the at fault insurance company for over 3 months before they notified me they were dropping the cases for me and my son. They claimed that they were told the driver that hit us insurance lapsed 3 weeks prior. I almost let it go and decided to contact the at fault drivers insurance myself and confirmed she in fact had current coverage. I called them to inform them and they simply said that's great news I should get a settlement then and was going to send me my medical records. I asked if they were gong to help after they dropped the cases already and almost laughing said no. I highly recommend you don't use this company ever. I will be contacting the state bar on their negligence.
