I was ghosted by them .. every time I called I get vm...I had to make all the calls myself to the body shops and insurance company.. even the ones who hit me.. I finally called today and miraculously got in touch with someone about my case...I just want to be done with these people!!!...they have no regard to how your life is or already has been disrupted because of an accident...but I am a firm believer what goes around comes around..you can't get away with building someone's trust and then leaving them high and dry!

I should have done my research before signing with them. Reading the first few reviews should not make your decision.
They really weren't communicating with me at all.

I had an absolutely stress free time working with them. I was given constant reassurance and support throughout the entire process. I can whole heartedly say I appreciate all those as Riddle and Brantley for handling my case as they took great care of me.

They are literally the worst I don’t recommend they will leave you high and dry and will have you waiting 3 to 4 months on something they said they can handle . They are not consistent in anything they do they do not care about you nor that you are wasting your time Angie will tell you one thing then do another

Christina Triplet was great. She is the Casemanager who was in charge of our case. She was always informative, kept us abreast of anything involving our case, answered all of our questions and always returned our calls. If you need an attorney, you won't be disappointed with Riddle & Brantley .

This company did absolutely nothing to negotiate my case with the insurance company. I was hit from behind, at a stoplight and the young lady hit me going 45-50 mph. I suffered a terrible back, leg and hip pain and whiplash according to the doctor!. I did not suffer any broken bones, thank God, but seeked PT several times. PT say it will take a long long time for my body to feel normal again. Long story short, this firm did not do a good job negotiating the settlement. I would not recommend this firm ever!! Very very dissatisfied.
