Lawyer Adam smith has disappointed my family. If he can no longer pursue your case he will stop answering your calls and emails. You will not here from your case worker either. Morgan will purposely not answer your calls or emails. If feel she could have easily told me Adam smith withdrew from my case. It’s sad he did this to my husband a whole year. I followed his from his last firm thinking he had integrity. Like a previous person said if you don’t have a big case it’s not worth pursuing it with this lawyer or company.

I was disappointed with the handling of my case. I was hit by a DUI driver, crossed over the road, when down an embankment and landed in a field. Then the driver took off. My car was totaled. Very little was done for bodily injury after my car claim was settled. It would be months before I would hear a word from them. I would call or email to check the status of my case. I actually never met Attorney Smith. I have had to seek other council to get a fair settlement.

Brandon has helped me big time with my small business. He made me feel at ease during the whole process. It's good to know someone like him has your back! He is very knowledgeable and is always a pleasure to deal with.

Unless you lost a limb or have a cut and dry case, be careful! Scott Scurfield destroyed my life. I became disabled from my accident, had temporary blindness and temporary paralysis, non stop seizures, brain damage, became disabled from the accident and so much more. He sat on my case until the last minute. Told me it was in my best interest to sign something stating I was of sound mind and body, when he knew I wasn't. He didn't get me lost wages, when I'm still unable to work 6 years later! What he got me was such a small amount I could've made that in just 2 months working! Instead I'm on a very small amount of disability. He made so many false promises. He never even checked to see how much the other party carried... that's required! The list goes on and on. I could sue him still since there have been more information that has been found. Anyone reading this with the same issues with him please keep in mind you can also report him to the board! He was very dismissive when I had questions (that my brain damaged mind couldn't grasp) so I might need to do just that. I'm sure I'm not his first and won't be his last!

Great Firm, worked hard for me. During the process I had a small problem which they corrected to my satisfaction, in fact better then I expected! THey are the best you won't o wrong with them.
