I did not even get to speak to a lawyer but a clerical person who said she was able to talk to an attorney and that his case load was just too large to be able to do his due diligence. Hogwash! He didn't want to have to do a little work. Heck, he couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone. That's fine. I would never refer anyone to this firm.

If there was a way for a negative, they'd get one. My situation happened in April of last year. First, they were attentive, to get all the information they needed. Then, they went ghost...no communication at ALL. I've called several times and seem to only get the receptionist who send me to everyone's vm. Today, I found out that my paralegal changed from crystal Cline to heather bolling...TODAY...11/22/19. This is by far the worst attorney office I've ever encountered. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I was reluctant about hiring an attorney after my accident but did not feel comfortable with the insurance company of the driver at fault so I picked Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban because they immediately put me at ease. They were very professional but also laid back. Made me feel like family. I recommend them if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing an attorney.

They refused to help me with my Case and they didn’t even offer to refer me to someone else who could. I definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone they seem to not have an interest to help people in need and don’t be fooled by the “Positive Reviews” on here because they are probably being made by the Lawyers themselves or either they are paying people to leave a “Positive Review” for them.

I'm so thankful for this lawfirm. They were ready to assist with my case the moment I committed. Calling me the same day, on a Sunday, which I never expected to happen. The gentleman, whose name I can't remember, showed up at my house the next day and from that moment I felt something good from this. Md. Halima is considered to be an angel from mi Giving me word on anything that comes up, very professional. Ms Lynd Ed r also showed me the same level. Blessings to this firm!
