Very professional and orderly with my case! I highly appreciate your services!

From the very first phone consultation with Julie B. Kelly, Paralegal, I have felt that she represents a Firm that truly cares about the well-being of its clients. Julie has been steadfast in responding to all of my many questions throughout working together. I appreciate the guidance of Adam Foggia through the process with his answers as well to all my questions.

I had a pleasure of having Julie Kelley assist me with my legal needs. She has provided an excellent services and put her excellent knowledge on the full display She is a real professional and she made all legal matters the walk in the park for us. I would recommend her any time.

I left a review a few months back and it got deleted so since my wife was just told because I left a bad review this firm could not represent her further on her case. With that being said I have talked to a few lawyers since my wife told me what was said to her and they said the case isn't worth their time going to court over. For us to accept the deal. (Which was the real reason they didn't want to go to court with it) So now we can't get Adam on the phone to do that. Which that's how its been the entire time with these guys. The firm ask who's calling when you ask to speak to your attorney and if your attorney doesn't want to talk to you he'll tell the receptionist he's not available. So you leave them voicemails. No call back for weeks at a time. We were rear ended and no fault of our own and this firm can't even get our Dr. bills paid. Which my wife was pregnant at the time. The firm goes thru employees every two to three weeks. We have had 4 paralegals in a years time. Which we had to start all the way back over to them because they didn't even know we were clients. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. If you do expect to do most of the work yourself and with Dr bills still pending to ruin your credit. I had such a positive experience with Marcari ,Russotto, Spencer and Balaban- I found all the staff that I dealt with extremely professional-especially Jullie Kelley - the paralegal that dealt with my case- she worked closely with me until my case was settled- if I needed to ask a question or text her she got onto it straight away. The receptionist at the front desk was the same - very polite and obliging at all times. The attorney that I dealt with was effective and efficient from the get go- I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
