Hands down one of the best Real Estate Attorneys in the biz. Nick makes sure each of my clients are informed about their home purchase/refi which in turn relaxes them. His paralegal Michelle is a true GEM and my entire office loves when we get to work with her. EDIT UPDATE- I recently contacted this attorney this past Friday for help in selling some property. I needed quick help for a quick sale. He was helpful over the phone, told me his rates and said he had no issues helping. Now 4 days later he said he just didn't have the time to help me. Had this been expressed in the first place I would have contacted someone else sooner so I could get everything I needed ASAP. So for advice, this guy is good. If you need someone to work, I suggest finding someone else. ORIGINAL: This guy went above and beyond helping in every way he could. Super nice, respectful, knowledgeable, funny and to the point. Definitely recommend 100%, it'll be worth every penny to have him represent you.

I worked with Nick Karr for a real estate closing and was extremely impressed by how he and his staff at the North Carolina Real Estate Law Firm handled the transaction. This particular closing was a rather bumpy one, and Nick really helped us through it. We had to reschedule the closing for a time that was extremely inconvenient for my clients and he went as far as offering to drive out to their workplace so they could sign paperwork and avoid having to push back closing a second time. I was also very impressed with how responsive and proactive his office staff was! Huge thanks to Nick for helping get this one to the closing table!
