So, they stop caring right after the payment has been made. All the things that we were told had been fixed prior to us moving in are NOT fixed, and the agent just dissappears. No hot water in the kitchen (who needs hot water anyway?!), outlets not working in the garage (why would you need outlets there, right?), just to name a few.

Very professional and approachable. Kaitlyn is very good and very active. She's always available whenever we want to schedule an appointment for the property.

Karl was an awesome Realtor to have for my first home purchase! He was so quick to respond and always made me feel like he had my back throughout the process. He was very open and honest about the good and the bad and I really felt that I could trust him!

We had the best experience working with Mitch Baney at DASH! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and not just on the crazy Raleigh real estate market, but on everything to look out for as a home buyer. My husband and I felt confident closing on our house with his help because we knew he was honest and would not steer us in the wrong direction. He was early for every appointment and even when supply was low (or nonexistent) he always checked in on us, as he continues to do now even after the transaction is done. We had a great experience with Maria! We are first time home buyers and did not know much about the home buying process. The first day we met she had a great packet from her brokerage that outlined the home buying process in layman’s terms and answered all our questions until the end. She was always very transparent, respectful, reachable, and communicated extremely well. Justin Adcock helped my partner and me buy our first house together. Justin was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He made himself available to show us many properties, even on short notice, and ensured a colleague was there to show us a home instead of himself on the one occasion he had a scheduling conflict. Justin still advocated for us after our offer was accepted all the way through and after closing.
