My husband and I were looking to buy our first house in Durham, and thankfully we were put into the very capable hands of Brandon Johnson of DASH Carolina. From the very beginning, it felt like a trusted friend was helping us, and he made what seemed like an impossible task easier than we could have ever anticipated. We started looking at the end of 2021. During this time, houses were selling sight unseen, before they even officially hit the market. Multiple times, we toured a home on the first day it was available, and he'd get news that final and best offers were due that same day. It was a crazy time! We were so stressed and overwhelmed, but Brandon reassured us every step of the way. We looked all over the RTP area - not just Durham and Raleigh - we went from Hillsborough to Wake Forest to Fuquay-Varina and everywhere in between. We were moving from out of state, so we were only in town for a few days at a time - our days with Brandon were jam-packed, but he never complained or made us feel like we were asking too much of him. Brandon looked at each house with us as if he was the one moving in. He pointed out things that we never would have thought to check and made sure that we ended up in a home that he himself would be excited to own. All in all, Brandon Johnson was a godsend and is definitely the way to go if you're looking to buy a home in the RTP area! Plus, he was able to give us some killer restaurant recommendations!

Cameron Proctor has been absolutely incredible to work with. We’re home shopping from across the country and from day one Cameron went above and beyond. Starting with virtual showings to meeting up with us when we came into town to show us every square inch of the Raleigh area that we might have been interested in. His work ethic, responsiveness and knowledge blows every other agent we came across before him out of the water. Cameron has made home shopping fun and taken so much stress out of everything. It’s obvious that his goal is to find a home you love and not to just “sell” you. It’s clear that he takes a ton of pride in finding the home that’s your right fit. We are so thankful for Cameron and the Dash team & would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

As a first time home buyer buying in a different city, I had a fantastic experience with Shelbie Johnson. There were multiple times during the buying experience when I replied on her experience to make decisions and in each scenario she had my back and everything turned out great. She was on top of the task list and is exactly the kind of person you want sheparding you through the home buying experience. Friends and family were shocked when I told them how simple and straightforward the process was. Highly recommend.

Jacki made my home buying in another state so easy! She was super knowledgeable not only about the home buying process, but about the Raleigh area. Jacki got on her hands and knees in small crawl spaces. Jacki sent me an abundance of videos of homes and the area to ensure I was able to get an idea and fully see each home and neighborhood. Most importantly, Jacki made herself available at all hours of the day, during her family vacation, weekends, and holidays to speak to me. She answered all my questions and text messages. After I closed on my home she continued to check in and ensure the move went smoothly. I can confidently say, I will use Jacki for my next home purchase!!!!!!! I cannot say enough great things about Nick Margroff! Nick assisted us with our move from Chicago to Sanford. He was simply fantastic. He was so responsive, helpful, patient and genuine. My husband and I never thought moving to a new state could be as easy and smooth as possible, and that was all because of Nick. Thank you for being a total Rockstar!
