Gerrit was absolutely wonderful, he made the home buying process so seamless and enjoyable. He was always incredibly responsive, even from the very start, making it clear to us that he was available whenever we needed, even making time to come visit us after we moved in although he had already traveled to the property countless times. Gerrit is incredibly knowledgeable about the Chapel Hill area, seeing as he calls it home, so if you’re looking to buy here or in all the surrounding areas, he’s the best!
