I can’t speak highly enough of Jimmy Doyle as our real estate agent. He is very professional and knowledgeable, which made the process of selling our house easy and simple. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity, patience, responsiveness, and communication skills not only helped with the process, but also made us feel comfortable and secure; for which we are highly grateful.

Jimmy Doyle is by far the best agent to work with! We had to relocate from out of state and needed to find the perfect home. Thanks to Jimmy we did! He was attentive, organized, professional, informative and took the time to listen to what we wanted and worked hard to meet our needs at all times. It’s rare to find an agent who will jump through hoops for you and make you feel like they truly care. From the moment we met Jimmy he made the process of out of state purchasing less intimidating. He provided real life video tours of properties by FaceTiming walkthroughs, emailed, texted and called us to keep us updated and informed. We love our new home and we can’t thank Jimmy enough for all he did to make it happen!

Shelbie was my buying agent. It has been my best real estate experience ever. Dash has really first class software systems. They were able to send me all the information any buyer could need, instantly. Everything was superbly organized on-line, so I never had to wade through numbers or screens to find what I wanted. Best of all, Shelbie listened to me and heard me. She could hear what we wanted in a house, and what we wanted to pay in this market. My instincts were different from hers, but to her credit, she not only supported me but I knew she would fight for me if necessary. As I write this, the economy is a little uncertain. Durham is coming off a sizzling hot market and it isn't clear what kind of offer will win now. Shelbie had the tools and a team behind her to make it possible to test out possible purchase options and with a great team to carry the offer to a close. DASH has really impressed me. In today's market, with the potential for ever rising mortgage rates and a housing market that is unpredictable, I don't think anyone could have stronger support than one gets at DASH.
