Working with Jeffrey Vasko at DASH Carolina was the best homebuying experience we could have asked for. Being first-time homebuyers in such a competitive housing market, Jeffrey walked us through each step of the homebuying process and made us both confident and comfortable with such a big milestone purchase! Despite dozens of showing and putting in almost a dozen offers over 2-3 months before we were able to purchase a home, Jeffrey was so accommodating, responsive, and professional from start to finish. We cannot recommend DASH Carolina enough and would not hesitate to request their representation the next time we are looking to purchase or sell a home!

I was going to find a house in Raleigh, NC while I am still in Pittsburgh. I found Zac Campbell. He did his best way in the whole process. He updated potential houses daily, going to view houses, discussing prices, communication with seller agent. Before closing he sent me useful information of change address, set up utilities, internet, new drivers license and more. He responded any questions professionally, efficiently and rapidly. Zac did fantastic job on helping me finding a house remotely . I would strongly recommend Zac to anyone who needs an agent for selling or buying a house in Raleigh area. _xz

I have to share how awesome this young man is, Realtor Jeff Evans. Jeff Evans was recommended to me, by one of my co- workers and I will say, she did not say enough. Jeff Evans will walk with you in, thru and out to completion. He will not leave you figuring things alone. If Jeff don't have the answer, trust me, he will not stop until he find it. Jeff Evans have your back at a 💯% and he will not lead you wrong. Jeff Evans explains, he do not try to force you under contract, but do trust, his work speak for him and you will want him to be your Realtor forever. Jeff Evans is very professional, with a funny tweak, but he knows his profession. I had an bad experience with my 1st Realtot ever and decided I wasn't going to buy just rent, but, after talking to Jeff Evans, he did alert me it isn't an easy road, but, he would help me get to where I need to be , in the time I had allowed. Even thru my frustration, Jeff Evans had away to bring back to reality, he was at every meet, the man make himself available. You cannot find no one better than this loving family oriented guy Even when the road looks rough, Jeff has a very kind positive spirit and he will find a solution. When I wanted to give up, he remind me of what great things I will encounter ahead and he give you that push and confidence. Because of Jeff Evans I am now a new home owner , where I wanna be, when I didn't think it was possible. I give thanks to God for sending me this honest, faithful Realtor, Jeff Evans. My wife and I worked with Michael Fegley at Dash Carolina to help us find and purchase our new home in North Raleigh, NC. Mike was extremely helpful, transparent, responsive and reliable through the whole process. After meeting us for the first time, he took over an hour to discuss our needs/wants for a potential house and really took the time and effort to understood what we were looking for. We were purchasing a home from out of state, so many of the showings Mike did for us remotely, doing the walk-through over Facetime. I was a little concerned about buying a house without physically walking through it, but Mike was very thorough in his explanation of each house (including all aspects that could potentially be negative/concerning). Lastly, and most importantly, we LOVED how data driven, analytical and strategic Mike was when it came time to submit an offer. Each time we prepared an offer for a house, Mike sent us detailed statistics on the market and the neighborhood, including a range for a potential sale price, analysis on "winning" offers in the current market and diligence fees. He also came up with creative ways to make our offer more attractive without us having to overpay for the house. This was EXTREMELY helpful, especially in a white hot market like Raleigh where most houses receive multiple competitive offers. Any realtor can sign you up for the NMLS listings and show you a house - but only a truly exceptional realtor can help you develop and submit an offer that will win you the house you want without over paying. In my opinion, this data-driven approach is what sets Mike apart from the slew of other realtors out there. I really can't say enough great things about Mike. We HIGHLY recommend him for the purchase or sale of your next house.

Hands down, the best experience I've had when it comes to a big purchase. We were the 3rd couple in the family to use Justin O'Brien and I can 100% say he's the family realtor (buying or selling) from here on out! We were first time home buyers and Justin helped us out every step of the way. He was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had. With his years of experience he was able to ease or validate our concerns while looking at houses. When it came to actually getting our house - Justin went above and beyond. He was on a personal vacation and still made the time to talk with the seller's agent prior to our offer being accepted. He continued to ensure we had all the proper tools and resources after acceptance up until closing. Highly recommend giving him a call if you're in need of a realtor or agent!

We used Dash Carolina to sell our house and Michelle Gomez was our agent. From the very beginning she was patient informative extremely professional and kind. We ran into some issues while selling my house and she was by our side throughout the entire process. I could not be more appreciative of Michelle, she is the one that made it happen for us! I would highly recommend Dash Carolina and Michelle Gomez to anybody looking to buy or sell!
