ABOVE & BEYOND! Is all I can say!! I have been in my home for a little over a month with the assistance & push from Shanta @ DASH! She was so helpful, patient, professional, always there & even sat with me through Tropical storm Debby as they prepared my documents & we waited for keys! I had many days where I questioned this move in this shaky economy with these rates & of this was right??? Shanta reassured me, made sure we had everything thing in place from insurance, inspections to movers. She was there through it all. I almost did not want to close because she because a main part of the family as much as we spoke to her! Thank you Shanta!! You are amazing at this & we thank you! Our realtor, Jane, was exceptional throughout our new build process. She had made herself readily available for all of our questions, concerns, on-site visits, and any follow ups we had with our builder. What can I say about Sara Cooke and Dash Carolina….if I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would! Last year my husband and I started searching for homes, we started with housing apps and Zillow became the go to.
