If you lucky enough to have Tyler Bayless-Edwards work for you, consider yourself blessed! He showed me around to countless houses and new developments and was able to secure a new build in a very nice community. Considering how hectic and crazy the housing market is, I'm shocked it didn't take longer. Tyler was at all the important meetings, offering sound advice and guidance. Would definitely work with him and DASH again!!

Highly Recommend!!! Our realtor, Justin Adcock, went above and behind what was expected to secure our dream home. Justin was thorough, responsive, and will break his back for you to ensure you get your home. We ran into multiple catastrophic issues ranging from incompetent loan officers to a bad appraiser that almost cost us our home. Justin stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process and diligently worked issues… enabling us to solidify the purchase while working full-time. For example, DASH Carolina was able to produce additional comparables within 4 hours (extraordinary) after being told the appraisal was under “tidewater”. Justin took it upon himself to spend hours of his own personal time to call lenders, the VA, the builder, and all agencies involved to work in synergy to make the purchase happen. We owe it to Justin and DASH Carolina for the beautiful home we now live in. I would highly recommend DASH Carolina and especially Justin Adcock. You will not be disappointed and your mind will be put at ease.
