What are the qualities when selecting a realtor, well I am no expert but can certainly say we found what we were looking for and more!! We started working with Jordon when the market started to be "CRAZY" as they call it, and it was so great to find someone to work with who did not work on our instructions but took time to understand our value system and gather what was really important to us. Jordon didn't answer our questions, rather we had constructive discussions in assessing every property, as if it was a joint venture and we were all in it together. I would also like to callout the team behind Jordan i.e., DASH they are very professional and thorough with their insights and always proactive in getting you ahead. The overall experience was a breeze, right from submitting offers (yes there were many!), to the closing day and even post closing. Jordan really demonstrates the professionalism that you can count on and yet can make you feel at ease to take all the pressure away. I would highly recommend Jordon as a person who knows what he is doing!

Working with Elise Yost was a complete pleasure. I’m an out of state buyer and Elise was more than willing to FaceTime the tour explaining each detail whether good or bad. And when some cell service wasn’t cooperative she videoed the home. Each experience she was very informative and helpful and I felt like I was in seeing the property/house in person. I really appreciate her time and expertise.

DASH was an amazing company to work with! Shane Devine really came through when touring houses and was very flexible. Great communication and even better advice on landing us our dream home. DASH looks at things in the home I was oblivious to such as exterior conditions, water pressure, water heater, etc. I never had any surprises when working with Shane as he was very upfront and answered all my 'dumb' questions. Highly recommend!

Be careful what you wish for when it comes to real estate, because if you tell Angela Hill, she can make it happen! When we first spoke, I was cautious about my chances of finding a house at all. But Angela said, “We will get you a house!” and she absolutely did—in just a few weeks. After filling out an interest form on the DASH Carolina website, Angela called me right away. We spent some time on that phone call. I told her all my ideas, and what I was looking for in a house. I never had to repeat myself- it felt like Angela was always interested in the exact kind of property I wanted. Within a day or two, we were off seeing houses, rain or shine, all over the Triangle. During this period of house-hunting, I never had to see house listings that didn’t fit my wishes. Angela set up emails specifically for the type of house and location I wanted, and she also sent listings directly to me when she thought they really checked all the boxes. Angela really shined during this phase of house-shopping too- she struck a great balance between listening to my thoughts, while filling me in on information I had not even considered. She knows a lot about properties! And when she didn’t know something, she always knew the right person to ask. This search phase took a few weeks, about a month. We saw plenty of houses, and several times we were there early in the morning on the first day of showings. Because Angela had explained what goes into an offer very well, and because of the detailed reports she had compiled, we were able to get good offers sent in a timely manner. We did lose two properties during this time, but we kept at it. Then we saw a house I really wanted. Angela suggested checking out a few strong competitors (arguably better houses, depending on what you’re looking for), and when I could only think about the “diamond in the rough” house, we stopped looking and put in an offer. By making a quick trip to look at those other houses, Angela helped me be decisive about the house I really wanted. After a weekend of back-and-forth with the listing agent, and great advice from Angela, our offer was accepted! Once the offer was accepted, everything was just like clockwork. Day 1: Inspection and closing were scheduled. Interest rate was locked in. Insurance quotes received. Checks delivered. Everything else fell into place after that, just as scheduled. Thirty-five days after first seeing the property, closing was finished, and I had the keys! To recap: Thanks to Angela’s help, I was able to get a house 1) that I love, 2) under my budget, 3) under list price, 4) that appraised well, 5) in about a month or two, 6) in this crazy market! You really can’t beat that. Since closing, Angela has been checking in on how everything is going with the house. It’s great to send her updates and chat about some changes I’m making to the place. If I ever need to sell or buy a house again, I know who I’m calling!

Nick Margoff was fantastic in helping my sister and I buy a home for my mother. We worked with him for months in this competitive market and he provided excellent guidance in submitting strong offers while encouraging us not to settle for a home our mother didn't love. He was available day and night to answer any questions we had and made sure to keep us all in the loop through the whole process of purchasing a home through emails, calls and group texts. He was supportive, informed and patient and I would definitely recommend working with him on your home purchase.

Our buying agent Kaisaan is amazing! He did a great job locating homes that fit our criteria. He's very quick to respond to any questions and is extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying process.
