As a first time home buyer I was oblivious to the process. Our realtor Dana Baca at DASH Carolina really helped walk us through the process. I've been house hunting before and most realtors just let you into the place and add no value to the process. Dana however really took care of us and treated us like family versus a customer. I've felt like she is interested in finding us the right home.

I contacted Jennifer Reycroft when we wanted to give our out of state relocation a head start. I am amazed by Jennifer's ability to bring up listings by perfectly understanding our needs, and give us ton of information, showed us a lot of diverse options to think of. She is the perfect kind of professional that any one who is new to the place and need help and directions to take an informed decision. She is very agile does a lot of homework which helps us focus our thoughts. She is an asset and an absolute pleasure.

After randomly coming across DASH Carolina I had a wonderful experience working with them and my realtor Zac. Being a first time buyer and not knowing much about how this process works Zac was an amazing help and I truly believe I could not have found a better realtor. Zac explained everything to us including giving us help pamphlets and packets to look through, even offering help with lenders if need be. Zac made the whole process super easy and had no problem showing us any house we asked no matter how far it was and even was super flexible with his schedule and for that we are grateful. When looking at houses Zac made sure to check things that we may have missed and point out some damages that we maybe would have not seen, he truly had our BEST interest in his mind and not just to sell the house. I would point anyone, including myself, to Zac at DASH Carolina.

We used Gerrit Vogel as a buyers agent and he was great. He was detail-oriented, careful and willing to spend time on the details. Not only was he very calm and professional during this crazy time in real estate (especially for buyers), but he felt like a real friend in the process. His knowledge as an electrical engineer was helpful in understanding issues that were true pitfalls as well as trivial issues. Finally, Gerrit spent time to diagnose, order a part for a light fixture and did the repair. It's hard to imagine a better agent for us.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about the service Melanie Elenio provided for our family. She made my first time buying a home (in an intensely competitive seller's market no less) as smooth and manageable as possible. Her communication was always clear and prompt, and she provided detailed information about each step of the buying process as we went along.
