Michelle Gomez and her colleague (unfortunately his name slips my mind at this moment) worked with me on selling my house in West Cary. I loved working with her. I really appreciate her professionalism especially since I had to cancel and reschedule the initial home visit twice. She was very patient and accommodating. This was a great experience especially since the buyer turned out to be a little difficult with his demands. She guided me on the appropriated responses and actions and kept the whole process smooth and stress free for me. I would definitely reach out to her again if/when I have another real estate transaction and I highly recommend Dash Realty to anyone reading this. Thanks for all your help guys.

Shelbie has gone through great links to ensure that our needs as first time home buyers are being met. She has clearly explained all the fine details that could be easily overlooked. She’s always available and goes above and beyond when touring houses with us. She has a rational approach to home viewings and lays out the good and the bad of a home. You definitely have somebody who has your best interests in mind when you work with her. I would highly recommend her.

Brandon was an incredible real estate advocate from start to finish! He responded quickly and answered our questions knowledgeably. One of the things we loved most about working with Brandon was how professional and insightful he was, while at the same time being so personable and kind that he immediately felt like a friend. We worked with Chad Young as DASH was an approved agency through the Zillow home selling process. Chad was patient and worked to find us the right house for our family and didn't try to pressure us for just the first one available for a quick paycheck. One of the things I appreciated most when we were walking through houses was he didn't try and sell us on the home's amenities but instead thoroughly walked the property to try to identify any potential issues that weren't apparent to the untrained eye (foundation/structural issues, loose siding, etc). Chad was very responsive and available to view homes on short notice (was also more than willing to show us the same house multiple times if needed). He walked us through the buying process as well as the contract negotiations and made us feel at ease during the stressful time of home buying. We will definitely be using Chad for any future home buying/selling needs and highly recommend. A true professional.

Reginald did a great job for us. Everything went great from our first meeting, purchase offer, survey and the closing. We did the entire purchase electronically without an issue. Very helpful getting quotes for work at our new home after the closing too.

We worked with Angela Hill at DASH and had a TERRIFIC experience! My wife and I are from NYC and were looking to purchase a home in the Raleigh area. The entire process of looking for our home was handled remotely, and Angela acted as our local "boots on the ground". Angela visited several properties on our behalf via FaceTime. We were especially impressed that Angela would "roll up her sleeves" and show us all areas of the houses, even the undesirable areas. She would literally get into the crawl spaces, attic areas, etc. to show us the "important / back-of-house" areas of the homes rather than just the "living spaces". Because of Angela's hands-on approach coupled with the backing of her company, she was always able to quickly provide us with the relevant valuable information, drawings, comps, etc. to quickly guide our decision-making process (from NYC). We truly appreciated Angela's hands on approach and that she was always readily available to address our questions and concerns. She was sensitive to our situation of looking for a home site-unseen. Long-story short, we found our home and went under contract in less than 3 weeks. Given the current demand and craziness of the Raleigh real estate market, this is a miracle in itself. We highly recommend Angela Hill and the DASH team.

Elise Yost had absolutely no problem communicating with me (a first time buyer) about the do’s and dont’s in the home buying process. Response time whenever I contacted her was fast and prepared. Any questions I had weren’t only just answered due to Elise covering everything in great detail. I picked up very quickly once you have everything ready to purchase a home the hardest part can be finding an actual house! Elise’s patience was fantastic running me through the process and waiting for me to get my affairs in order, all the meanwhile sending me homes to look at online everyday. Not to mention at one of the properties we looked at in person she crawled through a fire ant hill to check out a crawl space for me! 10/10 would definitely recommend if you want a realtor who can do it all with a smile Elise Yost is the one for you.

Kasey Proctor from DASH Carolina helped us buy our first house! She was patient and guided us throughout the process. She understood our requirements, and showed us houses that met them, and helped us get a really good deal on our house in the current market. Kasey was prompt, communicated really well and helped us through every step - finance, inspections, closing, etc. House buying can be very stressful, but Kasey made it seem fairly easy, and I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
