My boyfriend and I have been working with Kaelyn Joyce for over a week now for the purchase of our first home. Although we have yet to find our perfect home Kaelyn has been nothing but helpful! Her response time is amazing and she is always open to set up times to see a house. I know she will help us find our perfect home it will just take time! I left NC 14 years ago moving to AZ to escape a relationship gone south. Finally a chance to sell my NC house arose. DASH NC and Michelle Gomez were amazing in making this happen quickly. Michelle also acted as a calming intermediary between myself and my ex keeping a potentially volatile situation under control. DASH and Michelle Gomez are very professional and VERY responsive. We listed, found a buyer and closed quickly. I highly recommend them.

Mark Moroney : It has been amazing working with Mark at Dash Carolina. I couldn't have asked for a better buyers agent. As a first home buyer, he was upfront and shared so much information and market data to help me make informed decisions. He is professional, prompt and transparent in responses. His connections with lenders, etc makes this process a lot more easier.
