Karl did an amazing job listing, marketing and negotiating an awesome offer for our home. He handled everything which was so refreshing knowing the stressors that go along with selling a home. My husband and I felt no pressure from him and at no time did we feel like he didn’t have our best interest at heart! He was very confident he could get the house sold quickly, and he did! I’d recommend him to anyone in a New York minute!

We were alarmed when the agent we worked with showed us 2 homes and then asked for a 5 star review and sent a google link. He even stated that “by now we see how they do things”. While we did enjoy the 2 showings with him we didn’t yet feel prepared to leave a review but felt pressured to do so (it has since been deleted). A day or so after the review was left we asked if he could recommend some new construction options. He said that Zillow was the best place for that. When we initially met this agent and expressed our interest in new construction he shared that it’s pretty hard to get information on new construction because what they post online is very limited and changes frequently. This Zillow referral was a complete 360. We responded and stated that we prefer an agent led experience as opposed to combing through listings ourselves. The agent never responded. It’s pretty clear now that the 5 stars this company is rated on google is the result of pressuring clients to leave a review too soon. I wonder how drastically these ratings would change if people returned to update us on their experience. Agencies complain a great deal about the emergence of real estate apps. Why then refer your clients to them to do the work that you should be doing? Apps now have the ability to book showings. Which is all this agent did.

Have had a great experience working with DASH so far. Zac has been amazing throughout the whole process and as a first time home buyer have appreciated his patience in explaining the whole process. Very knowledgeable and very responsive and great with communication. Would definitely recommend!

Shane Devine of DASH Carolina was essential in the finding, negotiating and closing of our home. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and nerves. Shane made us feel comfortable and well informed throughout the process.

We so appreciated the work by Cameron Proctor to navigate us through the buying process. Cameron is great at what he does, truly a professional. He made sure we met all deadlines along the way, he informed us of opportunities we didn't know, like asking for seller paid closing costs to cover fixes to the property (which worked!), and he was quick to offer local knowledge that really helped us out-of-towners. We couldn't have asked for more from Cameron and DASH Carolina.
