As an out-of-town buyer, I could not imagine working with anyone other than Jeff Hammitt as my Realtor. Even though I have only known him for a short while, I have learned to appreciate his true professionalism and attention to detail on houses on the market in the Raleigh area. Jeff has earned my trust. I am also impressed by the wealth of data that DASH Carolina provides on each house on the market. The DASH's PSP reports are so thorough and informative and they help me make the most informed decision.

As a first time buyer on a mission to find a property in a relatively short time frame, I don't think I could have found a better realtor suited to assist me than Maria. I had briefly met her through a friend who was going through the buying process who had such a positive experience, so when I made the decision to do the same, I contacted her first. She was very straightforward with her answers of how the process works and patient with explaining anything to me if there was anything I didn't understand. One thing that really stood out to me as she helped me navigate the process is that she always carefully considered my opinions and never dismissed them based on my inexperience in real estate. She was assertive about telling me all the facts, but not at all overbearing, and had a very balanced approach to making sure I was ultimately in control of the decision making, as long as I was fully informed of what to expect. If I asked her opinion on anything she gave it to me honestly with the associated pros and cons. Also quick to respond through any type of communication and great about setting up an efficient schedule for property tours on the days that were most convenient for me. If on the occasion there were any specific questions I had about a property she did not know, she contacted the seller's agent or researched it quickly to inform me of the answer the absolute best as possible. I can't go without mentioning that in basically every property that we toured, she pointed out several details that I would never have noticed so I was as aware of what I was getting into as I could be before making an offer. Ultimately, with her help and some luck, I was able to close on a property I was extremely happy with even sooner than my expected time frame in a competitive market. All in all, I would recommend speaking to Maria Greer if in need of a buyer's agent. I'm confident she can accommodate the needs of all types of buyers, but from personal experience I can say this is especially true if it is your first time purchasing a home.

My Realtor Sam Johnson has been amazing. Hes fast as heck, alway responded, negotiated hard for me and exlained everything to a first time home buyer. On top of that, Samuel gets dirty. He was crawling in the attics, crawling in the crawlspaces, looking in the cabinets... Sam had my back and THOROUGHLY insoected each house and knew his stuff, down to models of circuit breakers and AC Units. Sam was smart, fast, and just all around awesome, truthful and great to work with.

Shane Devine of DASH Carolina was extremely helpful in helping my wife and I find and close on a new home. We were relocating our family from New York to Raleigh, which was very tough, but Shane made the process as seamless as possible. Not only did he set up virtual tours for us in the beginning of our search, but he was able to fit us into his busy schedule and take us on in-person tours when we were able to fly down. Even after we were under contract, Shane was more than willing to stop by the house we purchased to take measurements and check up on things ahead of closing. He came highly recommended from good friends of ours and we will be doing the same moving forward. 10/10
