If you are a first time home buyer, or just looking to buy for any reason. This is the woman you want on your side! We absolutely loved Bethany Allred. As first time home buyers and being completely new to the east coast and the state of North Carolina, Bethany totally took amazing care of us, we obviously didn't know what we were doing being first time home buyers, but Bethany had our backs throughout the whole process and made sure we understood everything that was going to be happening, and what would happen next. She has extensive background information on all the areas, and knows where to go and where to steer clear. She made sure we knew where our money was going and how much would we should offer VS what was too much to offer. She knows the market well and knows what a good deal is. She crawled through nasty sheds and crawl spaces just to make sure we weren't getting ourself into a big piece of work. She was quick and responsive at all hours of the day all days of the week, she searched diligently for properties that fit within our description. She was willing to negotiate terms that we wanted, and gave us good pointers that we wouldn't have thought of without her. We love Bethany and felt extremely comfortable and safe with her. you are in good hands with Beth, she wont let you down.

We first met Rita Walia when we were renting out one of our properties and she was representing our renters. We were quite impressed with how detail oriented she was and the way she represented them. Despite having worked with other agents in the past, she was on top of our list and the obvious choice when we had to find a new house for ourselves. We are so glad we decided to work with Rita. She was always on top of things. Took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. Made sure we understood the positives/negatives of every house we saw. Like a detective she looked at everything in detail, be it crawl space or attic or things most people would never notice. We learnt so much from her and have a much better understanding of the things to look for and especially the ones to avoid which could be a red flag. Despite the time it took in this crazy market, she was always there to keep us on track and not make any decision out of haste or frustration. It would have been easy for anyone to push a buyer in that vulnerable state but she always had our interest first and was never impatient. She stood by us like family and helped us find the right house for us. We were always well informed and in the loop no matter how critical or trivial things may have been. Rita proactively reached out to anyone we ever had to engage (home inspectors, surveyor, handyman for repairs, attorney, lender, etc.) and was always in constant communication with all the parties to make sure we had everything on track for the closing. Truly thankful to you Rita and I don't think this would have been the same experience had it been anyone else. With Rita, you will always be in good hands and would get more than you could have asked for. She has good negotiation skills, is the kind who is not afraid to call a spade a spade, will always do the right thing and has her client's best interest on her mind above anything else.

Karl Stromberg was super thorough in all of our showings. He made our first time buying a home a complete joy. It is a stressful market but with Karl on our side we were well informed and always making smart choices. He approaches each house with a clear canvas and really goes above and beyond to check out all of the parts of the house, including the crawl spaces. He also makes sure to check dates of appliances and works closely with the seller's representative to answer any and all questions. He is super attentive and responsive to all of our questions and requests for viewings throughout our time together. I will definitely recommend him to any friends and family!
