Suzanne Prince is a fully credentialed Real Estate Agent that assisted me and my family with my mother's estate in Raleigh NC. My mother's estate included a Condominium and Single Family Home both located in Brier Creek. She assisted me with planning and coordination, preparation and staging , and final closing and sale of both the condominium and home. She identified a handy man to assist with all repairs, a moving company to assist with packing and moving of all of my mother's household goods to temporary storage to prepare of the sale of both properties. This was a lot of heavy lifting for my family and made my job as the executor of the estate light work.

My fiancée and I were so lucky to have Kimberly as our realtor! She helped us purchase our first home, and we are SO thankful for her! She has industry knowledge, and she was able to provide us help extremely well throughout the whole process. We had millions of questions, and she was always willing to explain the process to us no matter how long it took!
