Do The Right Thing. Every time. At All Costs

I worked with Luke Weiss over half a year's period buying at the worst time and he did an amazing job guiding us through the process.

Suzanne Prince with DASH Carolina was a constant source of encouragement, expertise and professionalism during our home buying and selling experience with her. We found a house that we were intent on buying, and Suzanne’s honest assessment and advice helped us place the best offer selected by the seller. In selling our home with her, it was as low-stress as possible. Suzanne made sure that she had a photographer lined up, listed the house as Coming Soon, planned for an open house with plenty of hand sanitizer, and when our house hit the market that Friday, it was booked solid for showings from 8am to 9pm at night. She recommended that we take a weekend to get away from the craziness and we ended up with several offers well over asking price. While we still haven't found the perfect place, Jennifer Quintero has been amazing to work with. She is patient, kind and on our side in this crazy market. It's only a matter of time before we find the right house and I know she'll fight for us.

I was completely overwhelmed with the thought of selling my house. Rita Walia was my realtor. She stepped right in to walk me through this process, step by step. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, accessible, and an amazing person. When a challenge came up, she was always up for the task. She went above and beyond for me several times. Maria Greer has been instrumental in my home search. I am particularly impressed by her quantitative approach. Being presented with multiple home value models is incredibly helpful when deciding what to offer on a property. She also excels at noticing details that are easy to overlook. For example, one property that I initially liked was likely to need a roof replacement in the next few years—which pushed the property out of the price range I wanted when accounting for likely repairs. She has been a joy to work with, and I am happy to recommend her services.

Chad Jones is outstanding. He drove all over the place with us to look at homes, set up all the meetings, and planned all the routes as efficiently as possible. Not having to handle that logistical nightmare was so wonderful. He performed above our expectations, and seemed genuinely invested in our home search. He's laid back, patient, and understanding. There was no pressure and no issues whatsoever. Thank you, Chad.

DASH and more specifically, Brandon Johnson whom I have been working with, have been very responsive and hard working. We even worked late into one night to make cure we could get an offer on time. While the offer was not accepted Brandon stuck with it to get the job done so we could at least have a chance.

I just closed on a house and Rita Walia was my realtor. As a first time home-buyer, Rita was willing to walk me through all of the ins and outs of the home buying experience and was always available to talk and go view properties. You can tell Rita sees this job as more than a paycheck; she truly cares about her clients and is willing to go to bat for them. She is someone you want in your corner while trying to navigate this crazy real estate market in the Triangle. I would recommend Rita to any friends and family members who are looking to buy or sell a home and I am grateful for all of the hard work Rita put in to make my dream of becoming a homeowner a realty. She truly rocks!

Cady was an AMAZING realtor and we were so lucky to have her by our side in one of the toughest markets in the country. She encouraged us to keep at it when our first couple offers were outbid. We finally found our dream home in a new construction and Cady advocated for us every step of the way making sure no detail went undiscussed. She and DASH made sure this was an excellent home buying experience and I am so happy we used them. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am working with Cameron to buy a house. Even though I have not bought a house yet, Cameron has shown himself to be probably the best buyer agent I have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, action-oriented and is not afraid of getting his hands dirty. For every house tour, he would go check out every part of the house, including HVAC and Furnace. He even went to the crawlspace to check whether it was wet. The level of dedication that Cameron has displayed is unparalleled and gave me peace of mind. In addition, he is super responsive and always shares interesting / useful articles about the market. I decided to buy a house in Jan 2022 instead due to the availability of homes. I can't wait to work with Cameron to buy a house in Jan 2022 and will finish the second part of my review then...
