If you’re looking to buy or sell a house, the market is out of control. I’m a young, single woman, new to the area and first time home buyer. I knew I needed an expert in my corner and interviewed several real estate agents before meeting Jordan Everington with Dash Carolina. He literally blew me away. Hands down, Jordan Everington is the real deal. Jordan immediately impressed me. He was professional, attentive, and diligent at noting what I was looking for in a home and the features that were most important to me. He clearly explained the process step by step and went on to discuss with me trends in the market. I was confident and prepared to tackle the biggest investment of my life and I wanted Jordan Everington as my agent. We looked at dozens of houses over several months and not once, did Mr. Everington alter from providing what felt like white glove service. On day one, in a three-piece suit, Jordan didn’t hesitate to crawl into crawl spaces, or climb into attics of the houses we looked at. He pointed out to me exterior things I should be taking into consideration such as foundation cracks, roof and siding conditions, and even the size and pitch of the driveways before we ever made it inside. Once inside, he quickly made me feel like a pro looking at the integrity of windows or signs of water damage instead of dreaming which wall my couch would fit on. If we suspected work might need to be done, he’d give me a rough estimate of what it might cost, ensuring I would make the most accurate and educated offer possible. His knowledge of the ever changing & trending market, home construction and repair together with industry training and previous life skills, make him the agent you want in your corner. Jordan will never pressure you, but he will listen to you, educate and prepare you, and give you the white glove service you entrust him to provide; but the best reference I can say of Jordan Everington, Broker at Dash Carolina, is that he delivers. Jacki Hedgecock is a wonderful agent. She is not a sales person, she truly wants to help you find the right home for you. She is extremely down to earth and will be your full advocate when either buying or selling property. Going with her and her agency was a great decision.

We close house with Britton’s help recently. He is really awesome. He gives all facts based on his experience and asks us to make decision. No push to close deal until we are comfortable. Really responsive on all questions we have. This is my 3rd house and I have encountered countless of agents but Britton is the best.
