Being from out of town, it was important to have a realtor who knew what we wanted and didn't mind doing video walkthroughs for us. Shane provided this and more! UPDATED REVIEW: (11/10/2021) We can't say enough good things about Jacob Lowder! We recently moved to the Triangle from NYC and were looking to buy our first home. As first-time home buyers, states away from our parents, Jacob was our go-to for every little question, and he was always quick to answer. Even with small things, he never made us feel like a bother. From showing us six (6) houses and facilitating three (3) offers, to negotiating what we got from the seller for repairs based on the inspection report and getting us to signing, we felt cared for and felt like our concerns were validated throughout the entire search and buying process. Jacob was extremely communicative, both with us and with the seller's agent. The seller's agent even told us a big part of why our offer was accepted over others' was how great Jacob had been when he reached out with our offer. Jacob would consistently send reminders with bullet point lists of exactly what we needed to do and when, and would send little reminders of how close we were getting to closing to get our excitement up. He puts his all into your homebuying process, going so far as to take/send texts and calls on the weekend and at night. The process of buying a home was quick, with fewer worries that so many warn about, and it was all thanks to Jacob and DASH Carolina. ORIGINAL REVIEW: (9/19/2021) We’ve only been working with Jacob L with Dash for a few days now, but we already feel super comfortable with him and he makes us feel like he is hearing our thoughts and opinions and working to find us our perfect home!

He provided an accurate market analysis and gave us good advice every step of the way from structuring our offer to setting our asking price. With his help we received $7,000 over asking for our old home and paid $13,000 under asking for our new home.
