Our agent, Kasey, was a huge help in buying our first house. Between walking us through what to look for in a property, and telling us what to expect when making offers, she made sure we were able to find a house in the area we wanted that was still in our budget. We would have had a much harder time buying a home in this market without her walking us through the process.

I purchased a home with Carl. As first time home buyers my spouse and I were very new to this whole process and from our very first meeting Carl helped us ease into the buying process while helping us stay on the right track to purchasing a home. It was great working with Nevin! He was very responsive during the entire process of home searching to closing. Since, we were first time home buyers, he made sure that we understand everything. DASH Carolina has been incredible for my entire house-buying process -- with a refreshing take on the process, as well. They don't go in trying to sell you on the house, but instead point out everything that could be wrong/an issue so you're fully aware of what you'd be buying into. They've even got helpful documentation for first-time home buyers to better explain the processes (which was great for me!). Responsive, professional, and great people -- cannot recommend highly enough!

I recently went under contract with a house via DASH Carolina. My broker was Jennifer Reycroft who was a delightful person to work with. Although the house didn't end up closing (due to the unwillingness of the seller to fix major issues with the home), Jennifer was a diligent ally in my corner that fought for me every step of the way. I would recommend her if you need a realtor who genuinely cares about your situation.
