Reese was super helpful. He was always available to answer questions and show us homes (even on Sundays). He also helped us connect with vendors for home inspection and insurance. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Raleigh area!!!

We found Maria Greer through a Zillow listing, and it has felt like we won the lottery! Maria has been responsive, proactive, patient, and professional throughout our search for a new home. This has not been easy as we are looking to relocate across multiple states, and she has never had the opportunity to tour any home with me and my wife, Tina, together. Her willingness to continually go way above and beyond expectations to deliver exceptional customer service is more than we could have ever expected. Her guidance has been invaluable in helping to reduce our stress during this life changing event.

Sharmain is our life savior. She fought for us hard even when it came to the offer letter, the negotiations, the final due diligence. Every step of the way she was in our corner the entire time with the best advice and how she does it but then let us have the ultimate decision. It all start last year (2023) sometime, searching through Zillow at possible homes like most people starting out; when my wife and I were randomly paired up with Sara Cooke, a fantastic realtor from DASH Carolina. Not sure about the whole situation at first pulling up to a home to look at..she made us feel comfortable right off the bat. With her professionalism, knowledge, and open personality, we knew we could trust her. She was attentive, responsive, and had no problem meeting us wherever and whenever we found a home to look at. Knowing we had a little less than a year to find something, she continuously reminded us that there was no rush.
