Jennifer Quintero has been amazing to work with! She is always available whenever we need her. She has really gotten to know my husband and I and what we're looking for in our forever home. I can't say enough about her integrity, honesty and diligence in this process that can be so stressful! We know we have chosen the right realtor for us!

We had an excellent experience with Shane Viars and DASH Carolina. We were moving from NJ to NC and only had a couple days to find a home in NC, Shane was always available to us prior to our visit when we were creating our list of homes to visit and changed the list many, many, many times as homes became under contract. We were successful in finding a home in NC, and did so on the first day out. Remarkable. I do not believe that we would have been successful if Shane Viars was not our Realtor. In addition, he had to handle everything in NC when we went back to NJ. He was able to schedule remote sessions so that we could see what he was seeing through all aspects to the sale and close.

Maria Greer was such phenomenal help in my home buying process! She gave great advice in helping me to be more competitive in this crazy market, and stayed patient even after many declined offers (to no fault of anyone, there were just so many cash offers and offers ridiculously over my budget). I love that she asked agents for feedback on my offers if they weren’t accepted because over time my offers got stronger. I also appreciate that DASH agents are honest and transparent about everything they find wrong with homes, so you don’t go into a contract completely blindsided. Highly recommend Maria, and any other DASH Carolina agent.

Our sellers agent was fantastic, he was extremely courteous and very professional, throughout the entire process he was very transparent about everything. My wife and I was always able to get in touch with him if we needed anything in a timely manner. Thanks for all your help Jerome Huddleston for making this a great experience.

Gerrit Vogel of Dash was by far the most professional realtor I've dealt with in many years. He got us a showing on a house that had been taken of the market, for which we submitted an offer the same day, with the offer accepted shortly thereafter. Somewhat akin to the old Superman TV program...... "Faster that a speeding bullet." He didn't stop there, we had multiple complications with the Mortgage Company and Gerrit was constantly pushing the lending process forward on our behalf. We would never have closed without his ongoing efforts to make it happen!

Kristina Senters is a great agent to work with. She's friendly, encouraging, pilot, and professional. She strikes the balance of encouraging us to go after a house we looked out while making us aware of all the risks. Would absolutely recommend working with her.

Working with Karl and Richard made selling our home a breeze. They came prepared to the consultation meeting with all numbers and expectations for selling our home in the current market. They were able to help us negotiate for a purchase price well above what we were expecting. Needless to say we were thrilled. Richard and Karl were available 24/7 and were in constant communication with us. We listed our house as Coming Soon and the Dash team had our house sold site unseen. This was a huge relief as we did not have to worry about leaving the house day after day for showings. I would highly recommend Karl/Richard if you are interested in selling your home.

When I needed to sell my late father's townhome in North Raleigh, it was just dumb luck that I found Karl Stromberg; living in Richmond made this a difficult task in a long string of challenges. Karl was energetic, very knowledgeable about the market and contract law, always accessible, straightforward, and never hesitated to go the extra mile. All this, and a nice guy to boot! I worked with all sorts a real estate agents in the years that was a licensed realtor- - good, bad, and indifferent. Karl was great in every regard.
